1 General
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) shall apply from 1st April 2015. They may possibly change in the future. For this case they are valid from the date of publication. The general terms and conditions (GTC) cover the extensive terms and services between AirPleasure, Mr Mehmet Kizilirmak in 8340 Hinwil (hereinafter AirPleasure) and its customers. Divergent changes on the published GTC are only accepted if they were previously and exclusively confirmed by AirPleasure in written form.
These general terms and conditions are automatically acknowledged by an order from customers.
2 Product Information / Safety
AirPleasure products are made out of tested high-tech DuPont™ Kevlar® fabrics. DuPont™ Kevlar® fabrics are made with DuPont™ Kevlar® fibers. These materials are extremely resistant and often used in safety-related activities. The DuPont™ Kevlar® fabrics which are used in AirPleasure Shirts particularly provide protection against cuts and burns. AirPleasure shirts with the addition «Light» are produced without DuPont™ Kevlar® fabrics as an inner lining. AirPleasure products have been developed to provide a new and airy alternative to usual protective clothing.
In case of grossly negligent and excessive driving AirPleasure products can not protect you from any further consequences. Customers always wear AirPleasure motorbike clothing at their own risk.
AirPleasure accepts no liability in case of accidents or injuries, including fatal/deadly injury. Any accident related costs will be covered entirely at the expense of the carrier/buyer or/and the accident perpetrator. The same obtains for the exercise of other activities/sports or in use of safety specific activities/sports in connection with AirPleasure products.
3 Data Security
Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the Federal Data Protection Act (Data Privacy Act, DPA/Datenschutzgesetz, DSG), every person has the right for protection of their privacy as well as protection against violation of their personal data. We comply with these terms without any exeption. Personal data will be treated strictly confidential and will not be sold or passed on to third parties. In close cooperation with our hosting providers, we endeavor to protect the databases as much as possible against third-party access, loss, violation or forgery. When accessing our websites, the following data are stored in log files: IP address, date, time, browser request and general information about the operating system resp. Browser. These usage data build a basic data footage for statistical, anonymous evaluations, so that trends can be identified for AirPleasure to improve offers accordingly.
4 Contract Partner / Customer Services

5 Contractual
By completion or submission of an order (via online shop or by any other sales channels) customers accept and validate the general terms and conditions of AirPleasure as well as any offer of the particular article(s) indicated at this time. Herewith a binding contract is automatically concluded.
After completion of the order the customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail. AirPleasure reserves any right to cancel an order but only in exceptional cases, eg. if the customer is not creditworthy, the address can not be verified, one or more outstanding invoices of orders from AirPleasure have occurred or in case of any reasonable suspicion of deceitful intentions.
6 Payment Options
With AirPleasure our customers can pay with credit card, prepayment through PayPal or by postal resp. bank transfer. Customers who are Swiss residents will also be given the option to pay their order through invoice, provided that a successful purchase has already been made and (pre-)payment was received from AirPleasure. In addition to that the value of the new order may not exceed CHF 400.- (payment period is within 10 days after delivery).
Federal authorities of the Swiss Confederation can order directly on invoice according to any previous arrangements with AirPleasure. The required products can be compiled and sent together by AirPleasure. The address on the invoice can vary from the delivery address (terms of payment: within 30 days, net).
If you choose prepayment you will receive all required AirPleasure bank account details within an order confirmation (through e-mail) after your order has been completed. The amount in CHF (Swiss Franc) has to be transferred by one of the above mentioned payment options (credit card, prepayment through PayPal, postal/bank transfer). Order processing and delivery only take place after AirPleasure received the fully paid amount. Please note that the transfer during the order process by prepayment takes normally up to seven business days. In order to avoid any delays, eg. a payment can’t be assigned, AirPleasure asks every customer to include the individual order number for faster order and delivery process.
If the customer is arrearage of payment AirPleasure will send a reminder through e-mail or by normal mail. In case of delayed payment the customer will lose the right of any possible discounts automatically. Home currency is CHF (Swiss Franc).

8 Shipping Cost
Postage and packaging costs depend on the selected items, the total order value and the delivery country. AirPleasure charges its customer for each shipping, eg. a shirt within Switzerland sent with A-priority package is CHF 9.-.
Federal authorities of the Swiss Confederation can order on «franco domicile». In case of delivery to other countries besides Switzerland, import duties may incur to the respective country in which case the customer has to sustain. These costs may vary in different customs areas in which the customer on his/her own is responsible for a proper handling of the necessary duties and charges.
AirPleasure reserves the right to put up a surcharge for orders which exceed the standard shipping conditions, eg. shipping abroad (USA, Canada) as well as for orders with a larger volume. Any deliveries abroad are required to be paid in advance (through bank, post, credit card or PayPal).
Home currency is CHF (Swiss Franc).
9 Delivery / Stock – Availability
Stock items:
AirPleasure products up to CHF 400.- can be ordered from stock. After AirPleasure receives the total outstanding amount delivery of the warehouse items takes place within approx. 1-3 business days.
Manufacturing by order:
AirPleasure products with a single value up from CHF 400.- or more are manufactured according to the individual customer order. These products are marked with the short note “production by order” on the AirPleasure online shop. After AirPleasure receives the total outstanding amount delivery takes place within approx. 3 weeks. Stated delivery times are approximate value.
AirPleasure only supplies while stocks last. Unavailable sold out items can be either requested directly through the contact form on the AirPleasure website or added to the individual wish list on the online shop. AirPleasure strives but is not bound to rerelease the requested items on the wish list.
10 Withdrawal / Return Policy / Exchange Policy
Every customer has a 2-day-right of revocation after completing his/her order. In case products and their components (textiles) have already and only been ordered specifically for the customer or even already delivered the right of withdrawal is expired. The article(s) can be returned within 3 days after receipt for an exchange or voucher code for the AirPleasure online shop. The cost of reshipment will be covered by the customer.
11 Law / Jurisdiction
All legal questions directly or indirectly related to AirPleasure are subject exclusively to Swiss law. You may file a complaint with the court at the place of business of AirPleasure in case of disputes.
